1. The Service

evcount is an analytics service that normalizes electric vehicle (EV) sales and battery supply-chain data and presents it through dashboards.

Features may change without prior notice as we improve the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information at sign-up and are responsible for safeguarding your account and password.

You may not use another person’s account without authorization, nor transfer or lend your account.

3. Content & Intellectual Property

All data, charts, text, and designs in the Service are owned by evcount or its licensors.

Within your subscription, you may use content only for personal or internal purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly post it without prior permission.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed per the published plan, and payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

You can manage renewal and cancellation from your account page. Refunds follow applicable law and the payment provider’s policy.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Unauthorized automated collection (crawling/scraping), reverse engineering, interference with the Service, and unauthorized commercial use of the data are prohibited.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service and data are provided “as is,” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, evcount is not liable for decisions made based on the data.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms and will post notice within the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
